Marathon County Special Education offers nonviolent crisis intervention training designed to teach best practices for managing difficult situations and disruptive behaviors. You will learn how to identify at-risk individuals and use nonverbal and verbal techniques to defuse hostile or belligerent behavior. Full Course and Refresher Course sessions are held throughout the school year.
You must be a staff member of a Marathon County Special Education consortium school to participate in our CPI training.
Contact Garrett Lancelle for additional information or dates for upcoming CPI training.
