Sara Pensinger is a Behavior Consultant with Marathon County Special Education, supporting the school districts of Athens, Rosholt, and Spencer. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Promotion and Wellness and a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy.

With over 14 years of experience—including 4 years in the medical field and 10 years in K-12 education—Sara brings a deep understanding of child development and behavior. Her areas of expertise include sensory and emotional regulation, behavior modification, trauma-informed care, and supporting children with autism.

Outside of work, Sara enjoys spending quality time with her family and proudly embraces her role as a dedicated baseball, basketball, and dance mom.
