He received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Elementary Education from St. Norbert College and a Master's Degree in Cross-Categorical Special Education from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point. Garrett's wife and three children inspire him. In his free time, he enjoys coaching his children's Sports, attending concerts, and cheering on Wisconsin sports teams.
