When traveling west on Lake View Drive at the North Central Health Care complex, follow the road to the left. Follow signs to Lake View Professional Plaza, a three-story brick building marked with a green flag. Park in Parking Lot I and use the far left entrance door marked "95". Take the elevator or the stairs to the third floor and turn right; our office is on the right.
